Worth knowing
- The WA Residential Battery Scheme requires rebate and loan recipients to join a VPP. Synergy customers can choose Battery Rewards or an alternative VPP that meets the WA Government's criteria.
Getting a battery that works with Synergy Battery Rewards
The federal Cheaper Home Batteries rebate requires the battery to be VPP-capable, whether or not you join a VPP. If you want Synergy Battery Rewards in particular, tell your installer so the battery and inverter match Synergy's list.
