Who can join
- GloBird electricity customer on a ZEROHERO plan (the VPP credits are a benefit of your energy plan)
- Smart meter and reliable high-speed internet
- Owner-occupier (or owner's consent), connected directly rather than through an embedded network
- Not on life support, and not in another VPP or demand-response program
- For the VPP add-on: a battery from GloBird's list. The base ZEROHERO plan works with any brand (3–30 kW inverter, 3–100 kWh battery)

Getting a battery that works with GloBird ZEROHERO VPP
